<p><b>New page</b></p><div>[[Gudersnipe School Proper]] is overseen and administrated by Instructors. All are former students and long-standing members of the [[Gudersnipe Foundation]].<br />

In order to apply for the position of Instructor, an individual must graduate from [[Gudersnipe School]] and serve the Foundation loyally for no less than 100 years. Then, they must be formally "invited" by at least one current Instructor.<br />
<br />
From there, the application process involves a series of interviews and tests by current Instructors, all of which is overseen by the [[Blind Consul]] and subject to board approval. Generally, unless an applicant was specifically groomed for Instructorship while a student, final clearance must be given by the [[Blind Consul#Chorus|Blind Consul]].<br />
