Lactor Bane

Lactor Bane was the Dean of Pathways at the university of Sun's Beacon, when the school still taught magic. Lactor was known as 'The Last Great Mage'; despite being born in the Second Age, he attained a level of power rivaling the greatest mages of the Mage Wars; and was the last person well-known to have used magic to extend his own lifespan. He lived at least 700 years, and perhaps as much as 800.
