Lacados Rift Valley

The Lacados Rift Valley was a major point of contention during the Mage Wars, specifically the late Dynastic Period. The Marcon Alliance, which then controlled much of the Greater Continent, was struggling for a foothold in the Agras and Lowland Plains regions. Given that the Marcons controlled vast territories throughout the verse, it was seen as an insult that they could not control the whole of their capitol world.

A near continual battle was fought over the Lacados during the tail-end of the Dynastic Period, as numerous warring states across the Agras teamed up to defend their territory. This is the setting for the Mage Wars RPG.
