Ret Con is a mysterious figure who appears at various points throughout the timeline. Her exact motivations unclear, she seems to work as a free-lance mercenary and unlicensed assassin, with occasional side-jobs in industrial espionage and high-level theft. She has attempted to destroy the G.S.S. Saratoga on numerous occasions.
