Spellform

A spellform is an object whose shape acts as a guide for casting a spell. Making the spellform of a magical material will drastically increase the spell's power. Spellforms were initially invented during the Mage Wars to more effectively make use of magical materials.

Spellforms are often encorporated into Ritual sites.
