Essentially the Ruling Council Part II, the Ministry only lasted from A.Y. 132 to A.Y. 136.
Following the collapse of the Ministry, the Slayer Dragons acted as the central governing body until the establishment of the Earth Sphere Unified Nations in A.Y. 158.
