Cartesia

Cartesia is a Rowen province on the western-side of the mountains that run between Rowen and the Lowland Hills. The region was primarily settled by colonists brought by Samuel Fate, and became a protectorate of Rowen at the end of the Long Night. The Cartesians have a unique culture that often clashes with Rowen ideals.
