Carlos Belgrade

Carlos Belgrade was a mage who lived during the late Dynastic Period and early Second Chaotic Period of the Mage Wars. He began as an historian, but later became a highly influential magic teacher, authoring a teaching grimoire called the Carlos Grimoire which would be used for generations.
