The Negative Energy Bomb, or NEB, is a weapon developed by the Gudersnipe Foundation. It is a tactical weapon, in a class with the Nova Bomb, and used even more sparingly. Though their existence was first documented during the Fourth Age, the only confirmed NEB detonations happened during the Battle of the New Day.
